Trust is essential to an effective team because it provides a sense of safety. When your team members feel safe with each other, they feel comfortable to open up, collaborate, create and become more productive.Trust is also essential for knowledge sharing and growth.
Innovation – a new idea, method or device.
‘Workplace Innovation’ defines evidence-based organisational practices that enable employees at every level to use and develop their skills, knowledge, experience and creativity to the fullest possible extent, simultaneously enhancing business performance, engagement and well-being. Constant development of sytems and processes produces a higher standard of construction.
Dedication – the quality of being dedicated or committed to a task or purpose.
Good examples of dedication to work include taking on new responsibilities and assignments, even if they fall outside your job description. Taking on other responsibilities makes you more well-rounded and knowledgeable and show your clients that you will step up when needed and take on additional tasks to complete the project to a higher standard.
Integrity – the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles.
Integrity in the workplace comes in many forms, but above all refers to having upstanding character traits and work ethics including sound judgement, honesty, dependability, and loyalty. Everyone is accountable and puts the success of the project and company before their ego.
Quality – the standard of something as measured against other things of a similar kind; the degree of excellence of something.
Quality work is the service/task one completes successfully within the estimated time, with the end output satisfying the expectations of everyone involved, including oneself.
