Sustainable Jan Juc studio / garage renovation

A vibrant safe space for our client and her sons to explore, create and relax.

Using sustainable, recycled and reclaimed materials was a focus for this project. The mod wood decking, OSB ply and even the platform stairs are all created out of reclaimed waste material, highlighting advances in the industry on how we all can reduce our environmental impact.

This, coupled with a large solar system, batteries and back-up generator, enables the house to be fully self-sufficient and off grid. The property also has 30,000 litres of water storage used for the house and the garden further solidifying their commitment to sustainability.
